By using WaveSkiller, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. About WaveSkiller
WaveSkiller is a game and training product built around market charts, decision-making and skill development.
WaveSkiller is designed for entertainment, practice and educational purposes.
WaveSkiller is not a brokerage, investment service or financial advisory service.
2. No financial advice
WaveSkiller does not provide:
- investment advice;
- financial advice;
- trading recommendations;
- signals to buy or sell financial instruments;
- guarantees of profit or financial performance.
Gameplay results do not predict or guarantee real-world trading performance.
Any market data, charts or scenarios shown in WaveSkiller are provided for gameplay and educational purposes.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Telegram account and for activity performed through your account.
You may not:
- impersonate another person;
- create accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes;
- manipulate scores, rankings or rewards;
- exploit bugs or vulnerabilities;
- use automated systems to interfere with gameplay;
- attempt to gain rewards through fraudulent activity.
4. Gameplay and progress
WaveSkiller may provide:
- XP;
- Flow;
- ranks;
- scores;
- skills;
- achievements;
- Daily and Challenge results;
- referral rewards.
These are virtual elements of the product and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We may adjust gameplay rules, scoring systems, progression, rewards and virtual balances when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the product.
5. Referral program
Referral rewards are subject to the rules displayed in WaveSkiller.
We may:
- limit referral rewards;
- reject fraudulent or abusive referrals;
- reverse rewards obtained through abuse;
- change referral conditions in the future.
Referral rewards cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Leaderboards and competition
Where WaveSkiller provides leaderboards or competitions, results may be based on gameplay data, scores and other product-defined metrics.
We may remove results that appear to be fraudulent, manipulated or obtained through exploitation of the product.
7. Intellectual property
WaveSkiller, including its name, logo, visual identity, software, interface, content and original game mechanics, is owned by WaveSkiller or its licensors.
You may use WaveSkiller for its intended personal purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit WaveSkiller or its content without permission.
8. Availability
We aim to keep WaveSkiller available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances outside our control.
9. Changes to the service
We may add, remove or modify features, gameplay mechanics, rewards and other parts of WaveSkiller.
We may also discontinue specific features or the service itself where reasonably necessary.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to WaveSkiller if you:
- violate these Terms;
- abuse the service;
- manipulate gameplay or rewards;
- engage in fraudulent activity;
- create security or legal risks for the service.
Where appropriate, we may also remove associated virtual rewards or progress obtained through abuse.
11. Disclaimer
WaveSkiller is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that WaveSkiller will always be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of WaveSkiller after an update means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
