WaveSkiller (“WaveSkiller”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a game and training app focused on market movement, decision-making and skill development.

- Telegram user ID;
- Telegram username, first name and profile information made available to us by Telegram;
- referral or invitation information.
Gameplay information
- waves played;
- decisions and outcomes;
- scores, XP, Flow and rank;
- skills and progress;
- Daily and Challenge results;
- session and gameplay statistics;
- achievements, Moments and other in-app activity.
Technical information
- device and browser information;
- app and session information;
- basic diagnostic and performance data.
We do not need access to your Telegram messages, contacts or private conversations to provide WaveSkiller.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide and operate WaveSkiller;
- save your progress;
- calculate XP, Flow, ranks and skills;
- provide Daily, Challenges and other game features;
- operate referrals and rewards;
- maintain leaderboards where applicable;
- improve gameplay and product experience;
- detect abuse, fraud and manipulation;
- troubleshoot technical problems;
- understand how players use the product.
3. Referral program
If you join WaveSkiller through an invitation, we may store the relationship between you and the person who invited you.
We use this information to calculate referral rewards and maintain the referral program.
Your referral relationship may be visible to you and to the relevant referring player where required by the product.
4. Analytics
We may use analytics and similar technologies to understand product usage, measure performance and improve WaveSkiller.
Where required by applicable law, we will request the necessary consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate WaveSkiller, such as hosting, analytics, authentication, communications and infrastructure providers.

Some features may display limited player information publicly, such as:
- username or display name;
- rank;

- leaderboard position;
- selected achievements or Moments.
We will not intentionally publish private account information.
